<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>About 50 000 new cases of breast cancer are registered annually in Russia. This is used systematically and requires a multidisciplinary approach to its appointment. The main thing in treatment it is a surgical stage, the result of which is the features of the quality of life of patients. This disease is found often in women in the prime of life and with a socially active life position.</p><p>Today, there are many options for surgical treatment of breast cancer patients. Due to the rapid development of plastic surgery, it became possible to use both synthetic materials and autologous tissues in breast reconstruction, which include the latissimus dorsi flap.</p><p>The use of tissues that cause deterioration of the condition of the reconstructed breast is a significant technique and allows preventing the development of developmental progression, both surgical and post-radiation complications in the reconstructed breast.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>рак молочной железы</kwd><kwd>торако-дорсальный лоскут</kwd><kwd>реконструкция</kwd><kwd>эндопротез</kwd><kwd>аутологичные лоскуты</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>breast cancer</kwd><kwd>latissimus dorsi flap</kwd><kwd>breast reconstruction</kwd><kwd>implant</kwd><kwd>autological flaps</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Freedman RA, Partridge AH.
