Проведено проспективное экспериментальное исследование на 54 крысах-самцах линии Wistar. В группах 1 и 2 (по 24 особи) после лапаротомии производили, соответственно, обработку левой панкреатической доли и участка париетальной брюшины направленным потоком газообразного озона в концентрации 40 мг/л со скоростью 2 л/мин в течение 1,5 мин. По 6 особей каждой из групп выводили из эксперимента в сроки через 1, 3, 30 и 120 сут с забором проб для гистологического исследования. В контрольной группе (6 ложнооперированных животных) пробы тканей забирали через 120 сут после лапаротомии.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Через 1 сут после обработки газообразным озоном препараты поджелудочной железы животных 1-й группы отличались от контрольной умеренной и слабо выраженной периваскулярной полиморфно-клеточной инфильтрацией и отеком. В период от 3-х до 120-е сут после воздействия препараты поджелудочной железы крыс 1-й и контрольной групп статистически значимо не отличались. Препараты животных 2-й группы в первые 3 сут отличались от таковых контрольной группы степенью выраженности отека и полиморфно-клеточной инфильтрации, уровнем пролиферации фибробластоподобных клеток и фиброза – через 120 сут после обработки париетальной брюшины направленным потоком газообразного озона.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Местное применение направленного потока газообразного озона в концентрации 40 мг/л со скоростью 2 л/мин приводит к однотипным патоморфологическим изменениям со стороны поджелудочной железы и париетальной брюшины в виде слабого и умеренного отека, периваскулярной полиморфноклеточной инфильтрации в ранние сроки (первые 3 сут) после воздействия. Реакция париетальной брюшины в поздние сроки (умеренные явления пролиферации фибробластоподобных клеток и фиброза) требует дополнительных исследований безопасности интраабдоминального применения озоно-кислородной смеси. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Purpose of the study</title><p>Purpose of the study: to assess the patho-histological changes in the intact pancreas and parietal peritoneum against the background of the directed ozone gas flow.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The prospective study was conducted in 54 adult male Wistar rats. In 1st and 2nd groups (n = 24, each) the left pancreatic lobe and parietal peritoneum, respectively, was treated with a 40 mg/L ozone gas stream at a rate of 2 L/min for 1.5 minutes. 1, 3, 30 and 120 days after the first operation 6 animals of each groups were sacrificed and tissue specimens were collected for histological analysis. In the control group (6 sham operated animals), tissue samples were collected 120 days after laparotomy.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. A day after treatment with ozone gas stream, the pancreatic specimens of 1st group differed from the control in moderate and mild perivascular infiltration and edema. In the period from 3 to 120 days after exposure, the pancreatic specimens of 1st group and control did not differ significantly. Specimens of 2nd group differed from the control degree of edema and infiltration in the first 3 days, the level of proliferation of fibroblast-like cells and fibrosis in 120 days after treatment of the parietal peritoneum with a directed ozone gas stream.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. Local use of the directed ozone gas flow at a concentration of 40 mg/L at a rate of 2 L/min is accompanied by the same type of patho-histological changes from the intact pancreas and parietal peritoneum in the form of mild to moderate edema, perivascular polymorphic cell infiltration in the early period after exposure.
