В связи с этим растет и количество проводимых радикальных операций с выполнением регионарной лимфодис-секции, что является основной причиной развития послеоперационной лимфореи и лимфостаза. К сожалению, далеко не все считают лимфорею опасным последствием лимфаденэктомии, поэтому в литературе встречается мало информации на данную тему. В настоящей статье представлены данные о частоте выявляемости лимфореи и других лимфатических осложнений в послеоперационном периоде у онкохирургических больных.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Oncological morbidity remains one of the first places in the structure of all human diseases. In this regard, the number of radical surgeries performed with regional lymphodissection is also increasing, which is the main cause of postoperative lymphorrhoea and lymphostasis. Unfortunately, not everyone considers lymphorrhea a dangerous consequence of lymphadenectomy, so there is little information in the literature.
