В 2002 г., после двух этапов реорганизации отделения в полноформатный Институт микрохирургии, его работа стала осуществляться в четырех направлениях: лечебном, научном, образовательном, издательском. В статье проведен анализ лечебной работы с точки зрения развития микронейрососудистой хирургии, от момента открытия отделения реконструктивной и пластической микрохирургии ТОКБ по настоящее время, уже в статусе Института микрохирургии (учрежден 06.02.2002). Полученные результаты позволили выявить следующие основные тренды развития реконструктивной микрохирургии в Томске: аутотрансплантация комплексов тканей на осевых сосудах, супермикрохирургия, наномикрохирургия.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>September 30, 1994 in Tomsk Regional Clinical Hospital (TRCH) was open the Department of Reconstructive and Plastic Microsurgery. In 2002, after two stages of reorganization of the department into the Institute of Microsurgery, its work began to be carried out in 4 directions: medical, scientific, educational, publishing. An analysis of the medical work was carried out in term of the microneurovascular surgery development, from the Department of Reconstructive and Plastic Microsurgery of the TRCH up to the present, in the status of the Institute of Microsurgery (established on 06.02.2002).
