Проведено проспективное клиническое исследование, включающее сравнительный анализ хирургического лечения 40 пациентов c диагностированной гастроэзофагеальной рефлюксной болезнью (ГЭРБ) после продольной резекции желудка. Выполнены клинико-инструментальный анализ и анкетирование GERD-HRQL, оценена эффективность и безопасность ГШ и ИК.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В ходе наблюдения за пациентами на протяжении 12 мес ИК показала хорошую переносимость, безопасность, а также эффективность в лечении ГЭРБ в сравнении с ГШ, что подтверждается результатами опросника GERD-HRQL, уменьшением симптоматики и улучшением эндоскопической картины пищеводно-желудочного перехода, а также результатами рентгеноскопии желудка.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Результаты проведенного исследования показали относительно высокую эффективность инвагинационной кардиопластики в лечении ГЭРБ у пациентов после продольной резекции желудка, в сравнении с гастрошунтированием, как в раннем, так и в отдаленном периодах наблюдения.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>The aim of the study</title><p>The aim of the study: comparing the effectiveness of Gastric Bypass and invaginational cardioplasty in patients after sleeve gastrectomy.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. Prospective clinical research including an analysis of the surgical treatment of the 40 patients diagnosed with Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) after sleeve gastrectomy. A clinical and instrumental analysis and a GERD-HRQL questionnaire were conducted, evaluation of the effectiveness and safety of Gastric Bypass and invaginational cardioplasty.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. During the observation of patients for 12 months, invaginational cardioplasty showed good tolerability, safety, and effectiveness in the treatment of GERD in comparison with gastric bypass surgery, which is confirmed by the results of the GERD-HRQL questionnaire, a reduced symptoms and an improvement in the endoscopic picture of the esophageal-gastric junction, as well as the results of gastric roentgenoscopy.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
