Андрогенная алопеция является наиболее распространенной формой облысения, как у мужчин, так и у женщин. Данная патология носит хроническое прогрессирующее течение и присутствует у миллионов людей по всему миру. На сегодняшний день считается доказанным тот факт, что алопеция связана с воздействием андрогенов.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель исследования</title><p>Цель исследования: сравнить эффективность существующих методов лечения андрогенной алопеции.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. В открытых базах данных проведен поиск результатов исследований по ключевым словам. Всего проанализирована 127 научных источников, в которых рассматриваются этиология, хирургические подходы и методы лечения андрогенной алопеции.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Рассмотрены этиология, патогенез, диагностика и консервативные методы лечения андрогенной алопеции по данным мировой литературы. Особое внимание обращено на исследование источников, посвященных различным методам хирургического лечения андрогенной алопеции.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Несмотря на то, что в настоящее время применяется комплексное лечение андрогенной алопеции, золотым стандартом лечения была и остается аутотрансплантация волос, обеспечивающая высокую приживаемость трансплантата и хороший косметический эффект. Интеграция молекулярной биологии, генетики, фармакологии и клинических исследований может привести к новым открытиям в понимании и лечении андрогенной алопеции, улучшению получаемых результатов.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. Androgenic alopecia is the most common form of baldness in both men and women. This pathology is chronically progressive and is present in millions of people around the world. To date, it is considered proven that alopecia is associated with androgen exposure.</p></sec><sec><title>Purpose of the study</title><p>Purpose of the study: to compare the existing methods of treatment of androgenic alopecia according to the literature.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The search for research results by keywords was carried out in open databases. A total of 127 scientific sources have been analyzed, which consider the etiology, surgical approaches and methods of treatment of androgenic alopecia.</p></sec><sec><title>The results</title><p>The results. The etiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis and conservative methods of treatment of androgenic alopecia according to the world literature are considered. Special attention is paid to the study of sources devoted to various methods of surgical treatment of androgenic alopecia.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. Despite the fact that complex treatment of androgenic alopecia is currently used, autotransplantation of hair has been and remains the gold standard of treatment. Surgical hair restoration in alopecia ensures high graft survival and satisfaction from its use.
