Гигантомастия (ГМ) – это физическое состояние молочных желез (МЖ), характеризующееся чрезмерным ростом, проявляющееся крайне большим объемом, превышающим показатель среднего размера МЖ в 2 и более раз в соотношении с индивидуальными антропометрическими данными женщины. Данная патология приводит к снижению качества жизни, болевому синдрому, нарушению гигиены и дисморфическому восприятию самой пациентки.

Цель исследования

Цель исследования: представить актуальность хирургического лечения пациенток с гигантомастией по данным систематического обзора хирургических методов коррекции и проанализировать способы переноса сосково-ареолярного комплекса.

Обзор выполнен в соответствии с международными требованиями PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses). Поиск литературных источников осуществляли в электронных базах данных PubMed, eLibrary, Google Scholar. Ретроспективный поиск не был ограничен, дата последнего запроса 31 октября 2024 г.

В процессе работы были отобраны 8 статей, в которых авторы рассматривали хирургическую коррекцию, как редукционную мастопексию со свободной пересадкой ареолы и операции по уменьшению груди с переносом сосково-ареолярного комплекса на паренхиматозных и дермальных питающих ножках.

Выводы

Gigantomastia (GM) is a physical condition of the mammary glands characterized by excessive growth, manifested by a large size and volume exceeding the average breast size by 2 or more times in relation to the individual anthropometric indicators of the patient, which leads to a decline in quality of life, pain syndrome, hygiene disorders and dysmorphic perception.

This systematic review was reported to international requirements. PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses). A comprehensive reference search was undertaken by two researchers PubMed, eLibrary, Google Scholar. The retrospective search was not limited, the date of the last request was October 31, 2024.

Eight articles about surgical correction corresponded the set purpose, including the reduction mastopexy with free areola grafting and breast reduction operations with the transposition of the nipple-areolar complex (NAC) on parenchymal and dermal pedicle.
