В статье приведены исторические аспекты и современные взгляды на редукционную маммопластику и изучение кровоснабжения гипертрофированных молочных желез. Также сделан акцент на важность предоперационной диагностики особенностей кровоснабжения сосково-ареолярного комплекса.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The blood supply to the nipple-areola complex of hypertrophied mammary glands is variable and unpredictable in each patient who is planned to undergo reduction mammoplasty. The review provides historical aspects and modern views on reduction mammoplasty and the study of blood supply to hypertrophied mammary glands.
