В статье представлен клинический случай лечения и реабилитации пациента 50 лет с обширным дефектом кожных покровов подошвенной поверхности стопы, полученным в результате наезда погрузчика. После проведенной некрэктомии и оценки размеров дефекта было выполнено закрытие раны: пересадка медиального плантарного лоскута с контрлатеральной конечности в функционально значимую область пятки, пластика неопорной части стопы аутодермотрансплантатами. В состав медиального плантарного лоскута был включен медиальный подошвенный нерв для одномоментной реиннервации лоскута.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Reconstruction of extensive skin defects in the plantar region of the foot continues to be a challenging task for surgeons. This article describes the case of treatment and rehabilitation of a 50-year-old patient who sustained an extensive injury in the plantar area after being hit by a loading truck. After performing a neurectomy and measure the size of the defect, the wound was covered by transplanting a medial plantar flap from the contralateral foot to the weightbearing area of the heel, and the remaining non-weight-bearing area was covered with autodermal grafts.
