<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Scar deformities of the soft tissues of the maxillofacial region represent a significant clinical problem affecting both functional parameters and the aesthetic perception of the result by the patient. The use of noninvasive methods for assessing breast cancer is currently becoming particularly relevant, due to the need to avoid additional trauma to patients associated with biopsy, especially with satisfactory treatment results.</p><p>The purpose of the study was to improve the functional and aesthetic results of the treatment of scar deformities of the maxillofacial region using surgical treatment and combined methods of lipofilling with the introduction of autologous plasma.</p><p>120 patients participated in the study. According to the results of the treatment, it was revealed that lipofilling with the introduction of autologous plasma is a highly effective method that significantly improves aesthetic and functional parameters, especially in atrophic scars, and the introduction of non-invasive diagnostic methods increases the frequency of favorable clinical outcomes and helps the doctor in choosing therapeutic tactics based on the combined use of lipofilling and autologous plasma.</p><p>Conclusion. Combined methods of scar deformities treatment using lipofilling and autologous plasma represent a promising and effective direction in reconstructive and plastic surgery.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>рубцовые деформации</kwd><kwd>липофилинг</kwd><kwd>аутологичная плазма</kwd><kwd>челюстно-лицевая область</kwd><kwd>реконструктивная хирургия</kwd><kwd>оптическая когерентная томография</kwd><kwd>лазерная допплеровская флюоресценция</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>scar deformities</kwd><kwd>lipofilling</kwd><kwd>autologous plasma</kwd><kwd>maxillofacial region</kwd><kwd>reconstructive surgery</kwd><kwd>optical coherence tomography</kwd><kwd>laser doppler flowmetry</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">никто из авторов не имеет финансовой заинтересованности в представленных материалах или методах.</funding-statement><funding-statement xml:lang="en">no author has a financial or property interest in any material or method metioned.</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Krastev T.K., Schop S.J., Hommes J., et al.
