Поиск источников информации проводился в базах Clinicaltrials.gov, PubMed, Medline, NCCN, Scopus, eLibrary, Cochrane Library. Поиск осуществляли с использованием ключевых слов и их комбинаций: «реконструкция молочной железы («breast reconstruction»), «редкие лоскуты» (“rare flaps”), SIEA, TMG/TUG, GAP, PAP, LTP/LAP. В написании обзора литературы было использовано 48 источников, опубликованных в период с 1971 по 2025 г.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Реконструкция молочной железы с использованием редких аутологичных лоскутов (SIEA, TMG, GAP, PAP, LTP) представляет собой важную альтернативу для пациенток, у которых стандартные методы, такие как DIEP или TRAM, неприменимы из-за анатомических ограничений, ожирения или рубцовых изменений.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Настоящий обзор демонстрирует, что редкие аутологичные лоскуты не только расширяют хирургические возможности, но и обеспечивают удовлетворительные эстетические и функциональные результаты, сопоставимые с таковыми при использовании стандартных методик.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Purpose of a study</title><p>Purpose of a study: to analyze currently available literature data on the clinical effectiveness, indications, and potential complications of rare autologous flaps used in surgical breast reconstruction.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. A literature search was conducted in Clinicaltrials.gov, PubMed, Medline, NCCN, Scopus, eLibrary, Cochrane Library using keywords and their combinations: “breast reconstruction” / «реконструкция молочной железы», “rare flaps”, SIEA, TMG/TUG, GAP, PAP, LTP/LAP. A total of 48 sources published between 1971 and 2025 were included in this review.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Breast reconstruction using rare autologous flaps (SIEA, TMG, GAP, PAP, LTP) represents an important alternative for patients in whom standard techniques such as DIEP or TRAM are not feasible due to anatomical limitations, obesity, or scarring.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
