В настоящее время наблюдается расширение спектра и увеличение количества операций, проводимых в условиях дневного стационара. Для этого применяются технологии, призванные обеспечить уменьшение болевого синдрома после операций. Одной из таких технологий является применение блока поперечной плоскости живота (так называемого ТАР-блока), которое заключается во введении местного анестетика длительного действия в поперечную плоскость живота. В статье представлен анализ применения ТАР-блока в качестве мультимодальной анальгезии при проведении лапароскопических вмешательств в условиях дневного стационара. Участники исследования были разделены на две группы по 20 человек: с применением ТАР-блока и без такового. Проведённый анализ показал эффективность данного метода, низкую интенсивность болевого синдрома при его применении, а также уменьшение сроков реабилитации.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Videoendoscopic technologies have been widely implemented in surgical practice worldwide, helping to reduce post-operative rehabilitation times. Currently, there is an expansion in the range and number of procedures performed in day hospital settings. This is achieved through the use of technologies designed to reduce post-operative pain. One of such technologies is the use of the so-called transversus abdominis plane (TAP) block, which is the introduction of a long-acting local anesthetic into the transversus plane of the abdomen. An analysis of the use of the TAP block as a multimodal analgesia during laparoscopic interventions performed in a day hospital has been presented in the article. In this study, patients were divided into 2 groups of 20 people: with and without the use of the TAP block.
