Одним из эффективных решений при дефиците перегородочного хряща является использование ушного аутохряща при условии сохранения рамки перегородочного хряща, способной выдерживать осевые нагрузки. В настоящем исследовании рассмотрены показания к использованию ушного аутохряща, эффективность его применения, особенности техники забора, потенциальные осложнения и способы их профилактики при применении данного аутотрансплантата. Отмечено, что ушной аутохрящ обладает анатомической совместимостью с тканями носа, хорошей эластичностью и высокой приживаемостью, что делает его надежным материалом для моделирования кончика и алярных структур носа. Представленный клинический опыт подтверждает безопасность и эффективность методики при условии индивидуального планирования и соблюдения хирургической техники.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Secondary rhinoplasty is a complex reconstructive procedure aimed at correcting both aesthetic and functional deformities that may occur following primary rhinoseptoplasty. One of the effective solutions in cases of septal cartilage deficiency is the use of auricular autologous cartilage. This study reviews the indications, technical features, potential complications, and preventive strategies associated with the application of this type of autograft. Auricular cartilage demonstrates anatomical compatibility, favorable elasticity, and high graft viability, making it a reliable material for reshaping the nasal tip and alar structures.
