Рассмотрены особенности и преимущества предложенного способа реконструктивной отопластики.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The result of using the temporal fascial flap in combination with autodermoplasty in the reconstruction of the total postburn auricle and parotid area defect is presented in this paper.
