В статье представлен результат использования височного фасциального лоскута в комбинации с аутодермопластикой в реконструкции тотального дефекта ушной раковины и рубцового дефекта зоны реконструкции после термического ожога. Рассмотрены особенности и преимущества предложенного способа реконструктивной отопластики.

The result of using the temporal fascial flap in combination with autodermoplasty in the reconstruction of the total postburn auricle and parotid area defect is presented in this paper. The techniques of reconstructive otoplasty in conditions of cicatricial process of parotid zone are described.
