Латеральное смещение и синмастия после аугментационной маммопластики (обзор литературы)

Аннотация
Аугментационная маммопластика – одна из наиболее часто выполняемых пластических операций. Стабильность эстетического результата после нее зависит от многих факторов: состояния покровных тканей пациентки; массы, формы и конструкции импланта, взаимодействия его с окружающими тканями; хирургической техники и особенностей ближайшего и отдаленного послеоперационных периодов. В доступной нам отечественной литературе мы не обнаружили сведений о таких осложнениях, как латеральное смещение имплантов и синмастия. Смещениям импланта в стороны уделяется очень мало внимания. В англоязычной литературе описана только синмастия. Было обнаружено, что вид молочных желез после аугментации зависит не только от состояния их тканей, но и от переднего контура грудной клетки. В настоящей обзорной статье рассмотрены современные взгляды на смещение молочных желез в стороны после их увеличения имплантами и лечение данных осложнений. Для поиска иностранной литературы по теме исследования использовалась система PubMed Национальной медицинской библиотеки США. В качестве ключевых слов для поиска необходимой информации и источников использовались следующие: «augmentation of the breast», «lateral displacement», «sinmastia».
