Теносиновиальная гигантоклеточная опухоль сухожильного влагалища

Аннотация
В обзорной статье изложены современные аспекты номенклатуры, этиопатогенеза, диагностики и лечения теносиновиальной гигантоклеточной опухоли сухожильного влагалища. Это второе по частоте встречаемости доброкачественное новообразование кисти. Нерадикальное хирургическое лечение данного заболевания приводит к большому числу рецидивов. Чтобы избежать этого, хирург должен владеть основами пластической реконструктивной хирургии, использовать деликатные инструменты и средства оптического увеличения. В ряде случаев может потребоваться адъювантная лучевая терапия и назначение ингибиторов тирозинкиназы.
