Локальный оссифицирующий миозит кисти: клинический случай и обзор литературы

Аннотация
Оссифицирующий миозит в области запястья и кисти встречается крайне редко, его клинические проявления и прогноз значительно различаются по сравнению с классической локализацией на бедре или плече. Диагностика данного заболевания, в особенности на ранних стадиях патологического процесса, весьма затруднительна. В статье представлены клинический случай успешного лечения пациента с оссифицирующим миозитом червеобразной мышцы кисти, проявляющимся помимо локальной симптоматики, клиникой невропатии срединного нерва, а также обзор имеющейся литературы по данной теме за последние 40 лет.
