Education:
- 1969-graduated from secondary school No. 1 in Tolyatti, Kuibyshev region.
- 1969-75-training at the medical faculty of the Tomsk Medical Institute.
- 1975-graduated from the Institute with a degree in "medical science" with the qualification "doctor".
- 1975 – the first in the history of the Tomsk Medical Institute resident of the Department of Operative Surgery and Topographic Anatomy (theoretical department).
- 1977-Assistant of the Department of Operative Surgery and Topographic Anatomy.
- 1981-in the Dissertation Council of the Novosibirsk Medical Institute, he defended his PhD thesis "Functional morphology of the pharyngeal-esophageal junction".
- 1983-89-Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Medicine. He teaches the course of operative surgery and Topographic Anatomy
- in 1986. He is an associate professor of the Department of Operative Surgery and Topographic Anatomy.

- 1994-organized the Department of Reconstructive and Plastic Microsurgery in the Tomsk Regional Clinical Hospital.
- 1997-completed an internship at the B. O'Brien Institute of Microsurgery (Melbourne, Australia).
- 1998-achieved the exit of the established department from the structure of the Regional Hospital (Resolution of the Head of the Administration (Governor) of the Tomsk Region of 26.06.98 No. 235 "On the development of microsurgical services in the Tomsk region" and created an independent clinic).
- 1999 - achieved the restoration of the clinical status of the Department of Operative Surgery, which it lost 64 years ago.
- 2000-organized the first charity mission "Operation Smile "(USA) in Tomsk, to provide free assistance to children with congenital malformations of the maxillofacial region. The mission was re-conducted in 2001. Three times (2003-2006) he organized charity missions for children in Tomsk with the help of Interplast (Germany).

- lymphatic flap transplantation (K. Becker, France);
- application of lymph-venular anastomoses (I. Koshima, Japan);
- primary breast reconstruction (x.Becker, USA);
- plastic surgery of large defects of the palate of the lower nasal conch;
- transplantation of lymph nodes on microvascular anastomoses in post-mastectomy syndrome (after removal of the breast);
- resuscitation of the face (J. R. R. Tolkien).Terzis, USA).
The author of the Compedium on Hand Surgery (2006) and the developer of the original operation for laryngeal stenosis. Author of more than 300 scientific papers and 8 monographs, 5 patents. He has trained 16 candidates and 2 doctors of Science.
